Brandenburg and Joong Gun at the Park

Dear Reader,

Praised be Jesus and Mary!

I went to the nearby park this morning at 9:00 to kick-start my weekend.

I playing Bach’s Bradenburg Concerto No. 3, 1st movement, Violin 2. I still have a long way to go before I can play this piece decently. As the saying goes, “Marami pa ‘kong kakaining bigas.”(^O^☆♪

After an hour, I stopped playing music and watched the old uncle doing tai chi. His movements were very fluid and beautiful.

I decided to exercise, too. I did some stretching and warm-up exercises and practiced Joong Gun, a traditional taekwondo form.

Another thirty minutes passed. I decided to go home, cook and eat brunch, do my laundry and review for an upcoming exam. Yay!

Praise God for a beautiful, healthy, and productive Saturday morning. *\(^o^)/*
