Sign (Korean Drama)

Dear Reader,

Praised be Jesus and Mary!

Sign, a Korean drama series, is like a detective series with focus on forensic medicine. It’s interesting. 🙂 I love how protagonists live their principles. But, today, I want to write about two things – the actors and the ending.

(Warning: There will be spoilers.)

I think Hwang Sun Hee made a very good job playing the role of Kang Seo Yeon, the main antagonist. Her smile whenever she talks was very annoying. o(`ω´ )o To make me hate Kang Seo Yeon very much, actress Hwang Sun Hee deserves to be praised. 🙂

Jung Gyu Woon and Im Ho Gul played the characters of Inspector Choi Yi Han and Jang Jae Young, respectively. I think the two of them were very cool and natural with their acting. It’s very funny when Jang Jae Young panics whenever Dr. Hong approaches him. So cute, haha! His determined expression especially during the very last autopsy was also admirable. 👍 Choi Yi Han, on the other hand, is very interesting. The character is tough and determined, yet he is like a youth in love. Jung Gyu Woon’s smirks never failed to make smile while watching. I like both actors and their characters. It’s as if they weren’t acting.(^_^)☆ *clap**clap*

Uhm Ji Won was also good playing the character of Prosecutor Jung Woo Jin. The actress was able to show her courageous character despite the challenges and anxieties in the drama. Her acting after the prosecutor surrendered to love was also very cute. The way of talking and the laughter seems like a different character than the strict prosecutor. 👍

Of course, the other actors and actresses were also good! But, it will take me ages if I write my comments about everyone.

As for the ending, I like it very much. I didn’t expect that the ending will be like that. I thought the main protagonists would catch the murderer and live happily ever after. I was wrong. The ending was very touching as medical examiner Yoon Ji Hoon sacrificed everything for the sake of justice.

That’s all. ^^

Sincerely,
Kristine G. Veneracion
